Hello Lovelies,
I want to thank everyone that follows the blog, everyone that replies, reblogs and likes the posts. Things have been a bit slower than usual around here but I’m working on some projects and I started the Fall semester today (I’m blogging from an ancient computer in the library as we speak). I recently started writing quite a bit more on here as opposed to just posting pictures. That won’t become an everyday thing but I do like to share fashion news and issues that affect the plus size community with all of you. My last post on American Apparel and Adele’s fashion choices at the VMAS have generated quite a discussion among the replies and the reblogs and I love that. I do want this to be a place where we can all come and respectfully share our opinions on issues that affect the plus size and body acceptance community which is why I have now added the option to comment on the posts. You won’t be able to access the comment feature on the dashboard unfortunately but if you go on the main blog page or the main post page it will give you the option to comment. The likes and reblogs are great but this feature will allow for discussions about any one topic to be all in one place under the post that way we can share ideas, comments and concerns with one another.
In other news as many of you know Fashion’s Night Out is right around the corner, Sept. 8th to be exact. I attended the Fashion’s Night Out LA blogger’s briefing event last week and I am very excited to be covering/blogging about the event. So look forward to a Fashion’s Night Out LA post.
